Terms of Service

Please read through the entire TOS before requesting a commission

General

▹I reserve the right to deny a commission for any reason.
▹Please do not remove/obscure my watermark from any artwork you have commissioned from me.
▹If you would like an unwatermarked version of your commission to use for things such as a profile picture, banner, etc. just let me know.
▹I don't usually post commissioned artwork, but may do so sometimes. I will always ask for permission to post a commission. If you don't want yours posted, please let me know. (This applies to posting on social media, I will always post finished commissions on my Trello to keep track of art.)
▹I send WIPS and updates during the sketch stage and often times during the lineart and coloring stages. Feel free to request an update at anytime.

Payment

▹All payments are in USD through Paypal invoices.
▹Please DO NOT try to send me payments before I send an invoice!
▹Payment must be made in full before I start a commission.

References

▹A full, clear reference sheet and/or other clear drawings of the character(s) are required. I will not accept multiple images/patchwork refs or written descriptions.
▹Additional images to accompany your main reference (e.g. an outfit you'd like me to draw them in, a weapon you'd like them to hold, an animal you want drawn with them, additional art of the character, etc.) is accepted.
▹Descriptions and patchwork refs are allowed for custom commissions only.

Turnaround Time

▹My turnaround time is anywhere between 1 week to 1 month. Most times I can finish in less than a week, but please allow for up to this much time in case.

Edits and Refunds

▹If you have any issues with a drawing, I will work with you to make sure you're completely satisfied with the final drawing.
▹Small changes in the end stages of a drawing are free, but large changes or entire redraws may require an additional fee, this will be discussed if need be.
▹Refunds are available but dependant on progress. Only partial refunds are available past the sketch stage
▹If I have any issues on my end or can't deliver, full payment may be refunded if requested or by my own decision.

Usage

▹You may make small edits to my artwork or the design/adopt purchased, but please do not trace my artwork, claim my artwork or designs as your own, or obscure/remove my watermark from any of my artworks!
▹Artwork may be used as public profile pictures, banners, etc. with credit.
▹You may post finished artwork publicly with credit.
▹You may print the art for personal use, such as hanging it on the wall, etc.
▹All artwork and custom designs/adopts are personal use only and not for commercial use/for profit!
▹I do not do commercial work now, so you may not profit off my art.
▹Do not use my artwork to train AI generators or mint into NFTS. I will never participate in them and my art is now allowed to be used in them. Any artwork created by me may not be used in AI-Generation, NFT/Blockchain-related technology or cryptocurrency.

Sketchy Headshot - $15

Status: Open

▹Sketchy headshot drawing of your character.
▹Can include arms/hands.
▹May be experimental, so results may vary slightly.
▹I may experiment with the background or not include one at all. You may specify if you'd like a background or not.
▹Extra characters is worth 50% of the original price, limit 2 for this commission type.

Symmetrical Icon - $20

Status: Open

▹Symmetrical head/icon of your character.
▹You may specify if you want just the character's head or part of their neck/shoulders.
▹Comes with a simple colored background.
▹No extra characters are available for this commission type.

Headshot/Icon - $30

Status: Open

▹Bust (up to head/chest area) of your character.
▹Comes with a simple colored background of your choosing.
▹Extra characters is worth 50% of the original price, limit 2 for this commission type.
▹If you wish to use it as a profile picture, I can provide a version without the watermark.

Halfbody - $45

Status: Open

▹Halfbody (waist up) drawing of your character.
▹Comes with a simple colored background of your choosing.
▹Extra characters is worth 50% of the original price.

Fullbody - $70

Status: Open

▹Fullbody drawing of your character.
▹Comes with a simple colored background of your choosing.
▹Extra characters is worth 50% of the original price.

Chibi/Mini - $25

Status: Open

▹Small chibi of your character.
▹Choose between Style 1 (normal eyes/face) or Style 2 (simplified eyes/face). Both are the same price.
▹Detailswill be simplified to fit style.
▹Comes with a simple colored background of your choosing.
▹Extra characters is worth 50% of the original price, limit 3 for this commission type.

Complex Backgrounds: +$30

Status: Open

▹Half or fullbody scene drawing of your character.
▹Pricing may vary depending on complexity. All details must be discussed upfront in dms.
▹Complex backgrounds include cars, buildings, some types of interior of buildings, generally things that will require lots of detail, etc. Simpler backgrounds include grass/plants, water, sky, clouds, space, etc.
▹Extra characters is worth 50% of the original price.

Wiggle Icon - $60

Status: Open

▹Lightly animated/moving art of your character.
▹Wiggle icons have 2 frames.
▹Comes with a simple colored background or simple scene of your choosing.
▹Extra characters is worth 50% of the original price, limit 2 for this commission type.

Customs - $80

Status: Open

▹You give me an idea, theme, moodboard, patchwork ref, etc. and I'll create a character for you.
▹Base references will include a fullbody, and any addional info such as an eye reference, pawpad reference, color palette, words to help describe/explain something, etc.
▹Additional things such as adding a backside reference, headshot, alternate outfits, etc. will have additional costs and can be discussed.

YCHs - Prices/Options Below

▹Dreamy Sleep: $10
▹Wreath: $10

Status: Open

▹Your OC drawn onto a premade base.
▹FOR DREAMY SLEEP: For an additional $2, you can add a plushie to sit next to your character. You may also request different colors/patterns for the blanket, anything to be in the dream bubble, and the background color.
▹FOR WREATH: You may request different colors for the lights and bow. This YCH will be available through December and possibly January

Extras

▹Adding extra characters is worth 50% of the original price. This applies to every character added.
▹Simple backgrounds for all commission types besides illustrations include solid colors, gradients, flags, skies/clouds, space/galaxies, simple patterns, simple flowers/foliage, etc. Backgrounds for these types of commissions will not be super complex. Illustrations are for more full and detailed backgrounds.
