Payment
▹All prices are in USD.
▹I mainly accept payments through Paypal invoices.
▹Please do not try sending a payment before an invoice is sent!
▹I do not accept partial payments, payments must be made in full before I start a commission.
▹Once full payment is recieved, I will start your commission.
Edits & Refunds
▹I will do my best to keep commissioners regularly updated throughout the process.
▹Small changes/edits are allowed at any stage and are free of charge. Larger edits or redraws, especially beyond the sketch stage, may encure additional fees.
▹Please do not edit my artwork in any way, or try to edit/obscure my watermark.
▹Full refunds are not available no matter what stage the commission is at. If you do need to refund, you'll receive 25% of the original payment total.
▹A full refund is only available if I am unable to fulfill the commission for whatever reason.
Turnaround Time
▹Turnaround time depends on how long my queue is and how complex a commission is.
▹Turnaround time is up to one month, but I can usually finish a commission within a few days to a week.
References
▹A full, clear reference sheet and/or other clear drawings of the character(s) are required. I will not accept multiple images/patchwork references or written descriptions.
▹Additional images to accompany your main reference (e.g. an outfit you'd like me to draw them in, a weapon you'd like them to hold, an animal you want drawn with them, additional art of the character, etc.) is accepted.
▹Multiple images/patchwork references and written descriptions are acceptable for custom designs only.
Usage
▹My commissions are for personal use by default, meaning you may not profit off them! Commercial rights must be discussed prior to payment. Any commercial rights are subject to a fee of +%50 the overall price of the commission.
▹You may post finished artwork publicly with credit, and use it for other personal uses, such as for profile pictures, printing and hanging on your wall, creating stickers and other small batches of merchandise to hand out, etc.
▹All commissions are public by default on my Trello page, and I may occasionally post finished commission work on my socials. If you do not want your commission posted publicly, let me know.
▹Do not use my artwork to train AI generators or mint into NFTS. I will never participate in them and my art is not allowed to be used in them. Any artwork created by me may not be used in AI-Generation, NFT/Blockchain-related technology or cryptocurrency.
Design TOS
▹After purchasing a design by me, you are free to use them how you wish, such as resale, trades, redesigns, commercial use, etc. as I do not retain control of them after the design is out of my possession.
▹While I can't control what you do with my designs, please do not try to resell them immediately to make a profit unless you add some sort of value to them yourself. Just common courtesy!
▹If you're purchasing a design by me secondhand, be mindful of scammers. Contact me directly or check the ownership log (if on Toyhouse) if you need to verify the legitimacy of the design.
▹I do not offer refunds on adopts and character sales. All sales are final!
▹If there's any evidence of an unrightful chargeback, I will revoke the design and you will no longer have ownership of said design.

▹I can draw OC x Canon art. If requesting fanart/existing characters from media, please provide what media the character is from. I may decline if I am too unfamiliar with the character/uncomfortable trying to draw them.
